This starts at the source. We're committed to ethical and fair relationships with producers and importers ensuring they receive fair compensation. This not only fosters quality but also sustainable practices that benefit everyone involved.

The Zambia Mbala Peaberry is a perfect example of this, a coffee from the very first container to be exported by Mount Sunzu Coffee, founded in 2018 with aims to combine coffee quality with environmental sustainability through careful planning and modern technology. We've sourced this coffee through our York based sourcing partners Omwani.  

Our roasting philosophy is guided by a simple desire: to do justice to the coffee. We keep it simple, let flavour drive our approach to profiling aiming for coffee that's approachable, flavourful, and consistently enjoyable however it’s brewed.

For us, "just good beans" isn't just a tagline – it's a promise. It's our commitment to quality, integrity, and spreading positivity through every bag of coffee we roast.
