Coffees on the farm are picked ripe, sorted especially rigorously after harvesting, and dried on both cement patios and in mechanical dryers, depending on the process and the weather. Naturals are dried on the patios.

This coffee is roasted to Sadiq Merchant's specification by Jon Cowell at Curve Roasters.
