Rutas del Inca was founded in 2013, with just 33 members and the cooperative exported its first crop in 2014.

The farms in this cooperative are all above 2100 meters above sea level where the average temperature is around 16°C. Because of this, the plants develop complex acids in the cherries resulting in intense and refined coffee.
