The Sugarcane Decaffeination Process…

A completely natural way to decaffeinate coffee sugarcane processing utilises a by product of sugar cane to which the natural compound Ethyl Acetate is formed by mixing the by product with water. The coffee beans are then soaked with the Ethyl Acetate, this process is repeated several times which leads to removing 97% of the caffeine.

Using this process is results in a much sweeter coffee with all of its true flavours retained.
