The region of Tolima, South-East Colombia, is known for its incredible coffee with unique micro-climates providing the ideal amount of precipitation. These precise conditions produce a versatile coffee that can be brewed as you like. All methods evoke a different and unique character. In espresso, you'll find flavours of orange and a texture like caramel.
Add milk, and it emboldens flavours of chocolate orange, with a satisfying aftertaste of brown sugar. Black coffee has a light and fruity taste.
