Kanale is Fortitude's first coffee from Papua New Guinea. It is harvested by a women’s coffee collective in the Eastern Highlands.

This region has a high growing altitude, abundant rain and rich volcanic soil.  A cool coastal breeze blows through the growing valley which lowers the temperature and helps to create this distinctive coffee.
