Dhilgee Lot 1 is a mix of local improved cultivars like Certo & local Wolisho, a native coffee of forest origin transferred to family smallholder plots. The varieties are referred to collectively as Ethiopian Heirloom, which is a myriad of local native Typica hybrids & new improved varietals based on the old strains.

Mokonisa Bulga is a privately owned communal wetmill, in the Dimtu area of Sidama. They collect & buy cherries from various smallholders. They are always working to increase quality & processing at the washing station. A lot of coffee cherries are prepared & graded as Grade 1.
