In this box we ship 4 unmarked coffees for you to guess the origin?! 

Part of Glasgow Coffee Festival is the coffee roasting competition called “Roast Hero”. Early in April roasters prepare for the competition by sourcing a coffee to enter and roasting a Mandatory coffee.  

They are to roast these to perfection, and aim to win the competition with the best tasting coffee! They practice a few roasts, and nearer the time of the festival they submit a number of 250g bags for blind tasting by the judging panel. As it is unlikely they will use more than one of the 250g bags for the competition, it is then customary for the spare bags to be sold. 

Dog and Hat are selling those mystery boxes for Glasgow Coffee Festival! 

This £30 box will include:

• Four bags of coffee each market with a number
  • 3 Competition Coffee (sourced by the roaster)
  • 1 Mandatory Coffee (sent to the roaster by the competition)
• A reveal card in an envelope detailing the origin and the roaster

(Shipped around the 1st of May when the Coffee arrives with us)

All money raised will be going back to Glasgow Coffee Festival. Each box will be £30 including shipping and have 1KG of coffee!
