RAOS is an indigenous cooperative who grow coffee on the land of Marcala at around 1400 meters above sea level.  It was formed in 1997 with 20 members and has now grown to over 250.

Their vision is to be a self-sustaining cooperative, oriented to diversification and agricultural, ecological, sociocultural and business innovation, with equal opportunities, contributing to the well-being of membership and its communities, committed to offering consistent products of high quality.

This coffee is varietal blend of Catuai, Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, Pacas and IHCAFE 90.
