Dog and Hat (D&H) is a leading e‑commerce multi‑roaster coffee subscription service, offering a diverse range of high‑quality, great‑value coffees to customers across the UK and beyond. We work with hundreds of roasters and pride ourselves on quality, value, and a “keep it simple” approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Create an annual digital marketing plan with the team, breaking it down into monthly and event‑specific goals.

  • Take full ownership of Shopify website optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates.

  • Implement advanced SEO strategies (technical, on‑page, and off‑page) to grow organic traffic and improve rankings.

  • Develop and manage Google Shopping campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.

  • Run and optimise PPC campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and efficient budget management.

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to uncover actionable insights.

  • Create and manage Google and Facebook Ads to drive revenue and expand brand reach.

  • Manage our AWIN influencer platform to support marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Proven Shopify experience with measurable success in improving performance and conversions.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, trends, and tools, with a track record of driving organic growth.

  • Experience managing Facebook Ads to build brand awareness and conversions.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Shopify tools.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.

  • A proactive, self‑starting, results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, and ROI optimisation (training can be provided).

  • Design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are desirable for creating engaging digital assets.

Working Hours & Location

This role can be full‑time or part‑time. Our current team works 9–3 to support childcare needs, and we’re happy to offer similar flexibility. Hours and pay can be tailored for the right individual.

  • Office‑based role at Malton Enterprise Park.

  • Own transport is essential. or bus route into Malton.
