In 2021 we’re levelling up, reaffirming and flying our core values. That is, coffee is about relationships and bringing people together. It has the ability to start a conversation and re-connect and we care deeply about mental health and loneliness.

Single origin specialty coffee is what we do and to have exclusive coffees as part of our seasonal lineup has become a dream come true this year after importing directly from Colombia.

Carringtons was started in 2019 by husband and wife team Suzy and Alex Carrington after visiting a coffee farm in Colombia as part of their previous life as Disney Cruise Line musicians.  They now roast from their base at Kenyon Hall Farm in Cheshire on their roaster named 'Joy'.

They also give a donation to the Black Dog Outdoors charity for each bag sold - "Blackdog Outdoors is a charity that re-connects people with the great outdoors for better mental health and wellbeing and we could think of no better charity to work with that aligns with our core values".
