Coffee is all about strong relationships. Here at Crosby Coffee, we care strongly about developing and maintaining great relationships with the farmers who grow our coffee. By working directly with them, we can rest easy knowing our passion for coffee production is shared, and that we are both striving for the same goal; creating amazing coffee. Our responsibility is to provide a reliable partner who works hard on providing fair prices and offering support.

The coffee industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world, and steps need to be taken in order to ensure our impact is not irreversible. We’re already working hard on being more sustainable in our business by reducing our plastic use in our coffee shop and roastery. We are aiming to be completely plastic free and are educating ourselves on how else we can be more sustainable.

When purchasing coffee, it is vital to us that farmers are being paid fair prices, which allows them be able to continue to grow their business, provide more jobs, and help their communities. The farmers we work with can rely on us to purchase certain amounts of coffee from their lots regularly at the best prices for both of us.
