Established in 2011, Dear Green is a speciality coffee roaster based in the heart of Glasgow's creative East End.

We pride ourselves in sourcing and roasting only the highest quality of specialty grade coffee, and carry an ethical and social conscience in every element of our output.

We work alongside only a select few direct traders and farms who we know and trust, to ensure transparency, traceability and sustainability in every coffee that we roast. We’re also a Living Wage Foundation employer.

For us, coffee isn't just coffee. Every coffee that we offer has been cultivated, picked, pulped, dried, graded and shipped to us before we have the pleasure of roasting, profiling and delivering it to your door!

Dog and Hat

When starting to researching the best UK Roasters to showcase for you, Dear Green were one of the first to stand out.  They have a strong ethical focus and create a wide range of amazing coffees from complex single-origins to their legendary Goosedubs blend - a particular favourite of the Dog and Hat crew, that led to the immortal Yorkshire farmer review "By 'eck that's a good cup of coffee!"
