Craft House Coffee - Colombia (DECAF)

Our washed, single-origin sugarcane decaf is bright, full of flavour, and won’t keep you up at night. It’s a perfect example of a no-compromise decaffeinated coffee.

Recognising that decaffeination can sometimes diminish flavour, we had to search and trial coffees to find Tumbaga, ensuring it retains its character, even after processing. Using a sustainable, natural, sugarcane-based decaffeination process, Sucafina preserved the rich, chocolatey notes, and elevated the sweetness in this coffee.

We have blind tasted this coffee and not known it was decaf. Our customer have been in touch, concerned it was caffeinated. These are the signs of a truly great decaf coffee.
