About

At Fortitude we believe good quality coffee is a simple pleasure to enjoy everyday.  Our roastery has been three years in the making and over that time we have tasted a lot of coffee. Our first production roast hit the shelves just before Christmas 2016. 

We specialise in small batches of high quality coffee roasted with our red Diedrich roaster in Edinburgh.  All our coffee is single origin and responsibly sourced. Our menu changes seasonally and we are proud to offer complete traceability from farm to cup

Dog and Hat

Edinburgh has been one of our favourite cities ever since we had the chance to head up and visit the Edinburgh Festival many years ago.  Now, Fortitude's name came up in our member's roasters poll, so we got in touch with them at the very same time they got in touch with us... we decided it must be fate and after sampling some of their coffee we knew this was a roaster we had to work with.
