Coffee growing in Guatemala is centred around eight major regions, each tending to be markedly different to each other - which range in altitude from 1300 - 2000m. The major varieties grown are Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai.
Taste & Quality
Guatemalan coffee has a great range of tastes and flavours from light and sweet to heavy and chocolatey.
Guatemalan coffee should be traceable down to the farm or co-op as many farmers process their own harvest.
