Swerl - Carlos Cadena - Mexico (ESPRESSO)

This natural-processed Mexican coffee comes from 1,400 masl in Veracruz, where producer Carlos Cadena manages his family farm in the Cosautlán de Carvajal area. As part of a multi-generation coffee-growing family, Carlos has been working to improve quality through careful cherry selection and controlled natural drying methods, focusing on varieties such as Mundo Maya to highlight the region’s potential. The natural process brings out vibrant fruit character in the cup, with clear notes of blueberry and dried cranberry balanced by a smooth cacao base. A rounded body and steady sweetness make this coffee approachable, fruit-driven, and easy to enjoy.
