Overview
Coffee growing in Mexico is centred around three regions in the south of the country ranginf from as low as 800m up to 1700m.  The primary varieties cultivated are Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra.
Taste & Quality
Mexican coffees tend to be light and delicate, but bigger sweeter coffees can also be found.
Traceability
Mexican coffees tend to be traceable back to cooperatives, but it is occasionally possible to get back to individual farms.
