How was the Roastery founded, what was the inspiration?

Wolfox Organic Coffee Roasters is the brainchild of business owner , young entrepreneur and visionary designer Fabio , together with the maniacal coffee passion and experience of Simone , Head of coffee and lead coffee roaster : hundreds of hours of tasting and cupping have been dedicated to creating exclusive roast profiles that deliver incredible taste and flavour and extract the best qualities from each coffee.
Our mission is to offer the highest quality organic speciality coffee blends and single origins that come directly from ecologically sustainable and ethical sources.

What's your favourite part about working at the Roastery?

I enjoy all of the roastery activities ; however roasting , blending and tasting new espresso blends is my favourite part , when the espresso pours out of the spout and you see the first crema in the cup is also a favourite.

What's your proudest accomplishment?

I consider the satisfaction of our customers and clients the proudest accomplishment : my espresso blends have won various awards in the past and I look forward winning more with Wolfox in the future.

What’s your favourite place to enjoy a coffee, and what coffee would that be?

The Wolfox coffee Lab is the best , apart from the thousands of espressos , I enjoy a Mr.Wolf flat white too.
