New Year Update
Hello

Firstly we hope you all had a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!! Here are a few things we wanted to tell you about!

New Roasters

We currently have over 15 rosters on roster and between our 2x and 3x boxes plus the extra bags, we tend to cycle through those pretty quickly. Over the Christmas break we’ve been contacting a host of new roasters and gathering samples… so keep a close eye on the website, as we plan to rotate new roasters in as often as we can!

We do have some roasters that really supported us in the initial stages, and we give our thanks by asking them to supply extra bags when the need arises… so if you are receiving free bags, don’t be surprised to see Dear Green, Django and Muttley and Jack in your deliveries.

Subscription Swap

Subscribers can swap their subscriptions from a 2x box to a 3x box at any up, right up until midnight on the 20th of any month. To do this, please email hello@dogandhat.co.uk and we’ll get this done in the background for you. When emailing, please be sure to let us know if this a permanent or on a one month only basis. We hope to automate this in the future, but in testing we found an issue with our software and we now have an outstanding feature request in with our supplier.

Additional Bag Purchase

We've been asked a few times now if it would be possible to purchase additional bags of the monthly coffee. We're actively working on ways to allow this to happen but in the meantime, if you do want additional bags, please drop us a line and we'll deal with it on an individual basis.

100 Day Sporty/Outdoor Coffee Challenge on Twitter #dogandhat100

At Dog & Hat we're not much fussed with new year resolutions, but we do like a challenge.  To start the year we're aiming to get a new picture of us combining sporty or outdoor activity with coffee for 100 consecutive days.  So if you're a gym goer, dog walker, runner, yogi, hiker, cyclist, tight-rope walker or acrobat and fancy joining us... just follow us on Twitter @dogandhatlove and tag your photos with #dogandhat100.
