About
At Amoret, their coffees are typically single-estate and single-varietal, usually with traceable provenance available for every lot that's on offer.
Sadiq curates a selection of new season greens from speciality importers as well as directly from origin. He then roasts them to custom profiles on their Giesen W6 roaster in London's Notting Hill.
They are entirely focused on roasting and brewing delicious coffee, and showcasing the people whose hard work and passion brings these coffees from the farm to you.
The packing that Amoret use is 100% biodegradable and their commitment to sustainability is second to none
Dog and Hat
We first came across Amoret at their original coffee shop opposite Hammersmith tube station. We popped in to chat with Sadiq and it was clear his passion for coffee showed no bounds. At the time, he was curating and profiling the beans they had available but the roasting was being done by Curve in Kent.
This all changed once Sadiq moved to their new premises in Notting Hill and installed their awesome Giesen roaster... from then the only way was up and we're sure you'll love Amoret's coffee.
Plus, their dedication to sustainability at all stages of the process really resonates with us.
