About

Carve Coffee Roasters is a Dorset based company set up by adventure lovers, Will and Sophie.

Inspired by the great outdoors and fuelled by world class coffee. We wanted to create a company where our love for adventure and our journey to share speciality coffee could be combined.

‘Carve Coffee Roasters’ came from our love for the outdoors; carving fresh tracks down a mountain of powder, carving a turn down a wave; the love of climbing on some of the world’s most impressive natural rock faces.  Mountains, oceans, rivers and forests have always been a backdrop to our lives and continue to motivate us to work hard.

Down in our cosy custom-built roasting hut, you’ll find the radio blasting, the sun shining, and Will and Soph taking extra special care to bring you amazing aromas and flavours. We use modern equipment, fitted with the latest software to ensure consistent flavours roast-after-roast. Every bag is filled and packed by hand to arrive fresh to your door.

We can’t take all the credit for our great coffee. It starts back at the source. We buy green coffee beans from all over the world. It's important to us to respect the producer by researching the provenance, understand the characteristics of the beans and highlight this in our roasts. We always pay fair prices and only work with importing partners who are invested in the long-term success of the coffee producers.
