Ranging from 1,700 to 1,900 meters, the coffee farms in this region benefit from nutrient-rich soil, enriched by volcanic activity and high in potassium and nitrogen—ideal for producing complex and vibrant coffees.

This lot comes from the Nasa Wesx Indigenous community, known for their commitment to sustainable farming and environmental stewardship. Their coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process: hand-sorted to select only the ripest cherries, carefully de-pulped, and dried on raised beds for a clean and consistent result.
