Crosby - Gichuka - Kenya

From Kiambu County in Kenya’s central highlands, this juicy new arrival comes from smallholder farmers and is processed at the renowned Gichuka Factory, part of the Kimaratia Farmers’ Cooperative Society.

Grown at 1,800m in rich volcanic soils, the cherries mature slowly, developing bright, complex flavours. Careful washed processing, hand-sorting, fermenting, soaking, and drying on raised beds, brings out exceptional clarity and sweetness.

Kenya is famous for its vibrant coffees, and Gichuka lives up to the reputation: lively, clean, and bursting with fruity character.
