About

We wish we could tell you that we roast the best coffee, that we sourced ourselves from the best farms, but that would be like every other about us you ever read in specialty coffee.

The truth is we are too small to go to the farm yet and too new to pretend to be the best. We are figuring it out as we go and we do our best to share our journey with you as openly as possible.

Our goal is to build an honest business and dare we say, different.

We want the general public to be more curious while also satisfying the coffee geeks. We will not shy away from classic profiles and roasts while also offering coffees that are complex. We work with small importers that share the same values as us: to do good without embellishing the reality.

This, to us, is curiouser coffee.

We've been looking at broadening our International roasters list for a while and for a few reasons Canada was a great place to start.  Thankfully we stumbled across David and Sophie's Montreal-based roastery - Rabbit Hole Roasters, and they couldn't have been more helpful.  We so happy to finally be able to bring some intercontinental coffee into the main subscription you all to enjoy.
