Welcome to the February 2022 edition of the Dialled In Coffee Subscriptions.

We have a fantastic array of coffee for you to enjoy this month with a mix of new and returning roasters.

The coffee journey this month takes us from Peru at the top of South America through Central America taking in the flavours of El Salvador, Costa Rica and Honduras.

Curious Roo (London) - Peru Washed [SCA - 84]

The team down at Curious Roo hold a special place in our hearts, as they trained us through to completion of our SCA Coffee Skills Diploma all those years ago.  We still, to this day, use the skills and techniques we were taught to profile each and every coffee that comes through Dog and Hat HQ for the subscription.

This month, they have sourced us a crisp and clean washed Peru coffee with notes of Forest Fruits and Black Tea.

All of our 'main subscription' members will be receiving this omni-roast coffee to enjoy. 

Olfactory (Cornwall) - El Salvador Natural  [SCA - 86]

As we draw to a close on long line of amazing El Salvadorian coffee over the past few month, the latest coffee comes from Olfactory Coffee Roasters down near the beautiful coastal town of Penryn in Cornwall.

They have put aside the rest of their stock of the natural processed El Salvador 'Nazereth' coffee with notes that we are going to describe mainly as Scrumpy Cider... nom nom.

All our 'main' subscription subscribers will also be receiving this omni-roast coffee as well.

Blossom (Manchester) - Costa Rica Yellow Honey [SCA - 86]

Over the past year, we've had a plentiful supply of amazing washed and natural coffees, but we have been struggling to get hold of good honey-processed coffees. One of the go to places for honey's is Costa Rica and the team over at Blossom in Manchester found us a great one - the La Rosa, Yellow Honey - this coffee comes with notes of Stone Fruits, Honey and Milk Chocolate.

Blossom split roast their coffee profiles and our 3 and 4 bag Filter and Assorted members will be receiving the Filter roast.  Our 3 and 4 bag Espresso members will be receiving the Espresso roast

Papercup (Glasgow, Scotland) - Honduras Na 72 Hour Macerated Natural [SCA - 85]

It was brought to our attention a few month's ago that we hadn't included that many Scottish roasters recently.  Well, we started to change that last month when we revisited Glen Lyon and continue the trend with a trip back to Glasgow to say hello to the team at Papercup Coffee Roasters.

They have sourced us a coffee from the land of experimental coffee processes, Honduras, and this 72 hour Macerated Coffee comes with spicy notes of Cranberry.

This omni-roast coffee will be heading to all our 4 bag subscribers to enjoy.

Dialled In Traditional

Our traditional subscribers will be receiving a natural Brazil from Olfactory Coffee roasters with notes of Red Grape, Raspberry and Milk Chocolate.

Complementing that is 60/40 Brazil/Colombia blend roasted for us by Blossom Coffee Roasters with notes of Caramel, Milk Chocolate and Plum.

Dialled In Decaf 

Our decaf subscribers will be receiving a Colombian washed and E.A. Decaffeinated coffee from Blossom and a Costa Rican washed and Sparkling Water Decaffeinated coffee from Olfactory.
