This month we had a late production sample again, so our Dialling In settings for the Unica Costa Rica honey-process didn't make it in time for booklet printing.
So here we go - as mentioned in the book, we thought this coffee was going to need a finer grind than the others this month, and we were right.
On Espresso we found that EK2.0 worked best - which is at the finer end of our Medium grind size.
On Filter we found that EK3.5 worked best - which is just within the Extra Fine grind size.
