Welcome to the May edition of the Dialled In Coffee Subscription.

This month we're looking forward to bringing back a few more of our favourite roasters for you to enjoy in the subscription this month.

First up with are bringing in another roaster that made their debut with us on the International Roaster Showcase - April Coffee from Denmark (who are once again coming into the sub in May, not April... so close).

We also say 'welcome back' to St Martins Coffee Roasters from Leicester who are stepping up to co-headline this month.

We then have a new roaster to the sub, Kickback coffee from Cheshire and finally a welcome return to Edinburgh coffee titans, Machina Coffee Roasters.

Don't forget to click the link to see the May Dialled In subscription coffee in more detail.

Remember, if there are any coffees you are not receiving in your subscription option but you like the look of, head over to the members area and add-on a bag or two.

April (Copenhagen, Denmark) - Costa Rica Honey [SCA - 86]

April Coffee Roasters in Copenhagen, Denmark is the brainchild of Patrik Rolf, originally from Sweden.

This month, Patrik and the team have sourced us a wonderful Yellow Honey processed Costa Rica from the Volcan Azul farm.  This coffee comes with tasting notes of Melon, Stone Fruit and Nougat.

April Coffee split roast their coffee profiles so our 'main subscription' Filter and Assorted members will be receiving the Filter roast profile and all our Espresso members will be receiving the Espresso roast profile.

St Martins (Leicester) - Uganda Natural [SCA - 84]

We then head down to revisit St Martins Coffee Roasters in Leicester, who first graced the subscription with their Bag 4 Burundi last year.  They have just installed a brand new, much larger roaster and they have been kindly tinkering with the roast profile for this month's coffee to make sure it hits the sweet spot for us.

The coffee they have for us to enjoy in this month's subscription is a Natural processed Uganda coffee.  We've been struggling a bit to find really good Uganda coffee this year, but are very happy with this one and it's notes of Mango, Red Fruits and Clotted Cream.

All our 'main' subscription members will also be receiving this omni-roast coffee to enjoy.

Kickback Coffee (Cheshire) - Peru Washed [SCA - 83.5]

Anyone that came to see us at the Manchester Coffee Festival last year will hopefully have also popped over to our friends on the neighbouring stand, Kickback Coffee.

We've been chatting with the team there ever since, and are thrilled to finally have the right coffee to match up with our schedule.

This month, Kickback have found us a washed Peru coffee with floral Tea-like notes of Blueberry with a Honey sweetness.

All our Bag 3 and Bag 4 'main' subscription members will be receiving this coffee.

Machina (Edinburgh, Scotland) - Colombia Washed [SCA - 87.5]

Machina Coffee Roasters up in Edinburgh roast some of the finest coffees out there and if you haven't had a chance to try their super special MAP series, it's worth it as a special treat.

This month, they have set aside a fantastic washed coffee Pink Bourbon coffee from Gildardo Lopez Hoyos’s Finca Calamar farm in Colombia.  We really love Pink Bourbon coffees and this one is no exception with its notes of Butterscotch, Mandarin and Pistachio!!!!!!!.

Machina Coffee split roast their coffee so our Bag 4 Espresso and Assorted members will be receiving the Espresso roast profile and our Bag 4 Filter members will be receiving the Filter roast profile

Dialled In Traditional

First up for our Traditional members is a single-origin Costa Rica Sustainable Profile coffee from April Coffee roasters with notes of Milk Chocolate, Brown Sugar and Red Cherries.

Alongside that coffee is the Clockwork Blend from Machina, which is a blend of Colombia and Brazil coffees with notes of Milk Chocolate, Honeycomb and Malt Biscuit.

Dialled In Decaf

Our decaf subscribers will be receiving the Colombian washed and E.A. Decaffeinated coffee from Kickback Coffee with notes of Chocolate and Caramel.

Alongside that is a second Colombian washed and E.A. Decaffeinated coffee from Machina Coffee with notes of Brown Sugar, Cashew and Tangerine.
