Who We Are
We are a family business and born from a decade of passion for specialty coffee in United Arab Emirates, Bru House Coffee Co. is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.
We source the finest Arabica beans from Papua New Guinea and other renowned origins, ensuring each cup embodies quality and authenticity.
Why PNG
Papua New Guinea accounts for approximately 1% of global coffee production, and historically contributes well under 1% of total UK coffee imports.
Production in PNG is largely smallholder-based, with thousands of independent farmers cultivating coffee on small family plots across the Highlands. This decentralised structure, combined with the country’s remote geography and distance from major consuming markets, has limited large scale commercial export compared to origins such as Brazil or Vietnam. At Bru House, we see this not as a limitation but as an opportunity.
By focusing specifically on bringing Papua New Guinea coffee into the UK market, we are working to increase availability, strengthen supply consistency, and introduce more roasters to the unique character of this origin.

The B. Model.
We believe the best coffee is a dialogue between the grower and the roaster. Rather than a singular house style, we operate as a gallery for the UK's finest roasting talent. By rotating our production through a monthly "Guest Roaster," we unlock new dimensions — each bag is a limited-edition masterpiece.
