Sip Collective don't have a coffee shop of their own to visit, but that hasn't stopped them building a strong presence across the city.

Instead, you'll find them popping up in bars and cafés all over London, bringing their coffee directly to unexpected venues rather than a single fixed address. They're also active competitors on the world coffee scene, regularly taking part in international competitions, and they're a familiar name on the festival circuit, showing up at coffee festivals throughout the year to share what they do with a wider audience.

Sip Collective focuses on refining and elevating the experience around it.

We believe great coffee already exists within the people, producers and communities that shape the industry, our role is to present it with clarity, honesty and intention.

Who We Are

Sip Collective exists to source, roast and share expressive coffees with clarity, intention and respect for origin.

Founded by the current UK Roasting Champion 2026, the project combines competition-level craftsmanship with an open and community-driven approach to specialty coffee.

Alongside carefully selected coffees from some of the world’s most progressive producers and importers, Sip Collective also aims to showcase unique and exclusive coffees in a way that feels approachable and inclusive, creating access to exceptional lots, producers and coffee experiences without the intimidation often associated with specialty coffee.

Rare coffees should not feel reserved for a small group of people, but shared, understood and enjoyed by everyone.

Through education, brewing guidance, videos and storytelling, we aim to make specialty coffee more approachable, engaging and easier to understand.
