Founded nearly seven years ago to bring world-class coffee to West London, LIFT evolved from curating global roasters in Kensington and Shoreditch to launching their own roastery three years ago in response to an industry overly focused on heavy processing. Frustrated by experimental methods that masked origin characteristics, LIFT began roasting with restraint to highlight clean, washed, and naturally processed beans, putting equal care into both rare lots and everyday morning brews. Today, operating two London cafes alongside a growing wholesale network, they continue crafting balanced, origin-forward coffees that showcase the raw material done right.
