About
Founded in 2018 in the Toronto outskirts of Mississauga on the shores of Lake Ontario in Canada, Pop Coffee Works is both a micro-roastery and coffee shop.
We believe that there's a coffee for anyone. Taste is subjective and we hope that there's a coffee for everyone when they visit us.
Over the past two years, we were honoured to participate competitions and events and recognized by some industry professionals, we were very lucky to place second at Roast Master New York Coffee Fest 2019.
My roasting technique is using my senses to guide and control the roast's ROR to finish at the targeted time and temperature.
