About

My name is Cat and after years of roasting coffee for other people, I've taken the leap to start my own business.

I'm using my experience as a coffee taster, buyer and judge to select and roast great tasting coffees. The coffee is bought from 2 small-scale coffee importers who I trust. They regularly visit and have built relationships with the farms over the past 20 years.

In the new year, I will be running free coffee workshops for marginalised folk to promote more diversity in the coffee industry.
