IOSS
Dog and Hat are IOSS Registered.
From the 1st May 2022 Dog and Hat are registered for the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) this means we collect the VAT on order for coffee subscriptions at the point of sale. This is only for order under 127e for the 27 EU Member states and only coffee subscriptions.
The package is sent with an IOSS number attached and the parcel should pass through custom without a handling charge or import duties. This should stop those unexpected hidden costs in the EU member states.
The VAT charges per country for Coffee Import is listed below. These do not include postage. The full charge can be seen on checkout.
