Welcome to another month and another great selection of coffee for you all to enjoy.

For the October edition of the Dialled In Coffee Subscription we have decided to revisit some old friends in the shape of Horsham Coffee Roasters in Sussex, Plot Roasting in Woolwich, Crankhouse Coffee in Exeter and then we are featuring a new roaster to us - Crosby Coffee in Merseyside.

We have two washed coffees, a honey-processed coffee and a first for us - a Natural Tanzania.

Plot Roasting (Woolwich, London) - Colombia Washed [SCA - 87]

It's always a pleasure to work with Matthew and the team at Plot Roasting in Woolwich.  He always manages to find some amazing coffees from interesting farmers, often with interesting varietals and processing methods.

This month he has gone back to basics for us and found an exclusive micro-lot Washed Colombia Caturra coffee from Emanuel Enicio's farm in the Tolima region of Colombia.

All our subscribers will be receiving this exclusive, omni-roast, 87 point scoring microlot with notes of Red Fruits, Nectarine and Cane Sugar.

Horsham Coffee (West Sussex) - Costa Rica Yellow Honey [SCA - 86.5]

Horsham Coffee were one of the first roasters that we worked with when we started up 4 years ago and it's always great to work with Bradley and the team.

They have such a huge focus on sustainability and fairness throughout the supply chain and the coffee we have selected this month is another of their great direct-trade initiatives - this time from Costa Rica.

The coffee this month is a Yellow-honey processed coffee from the Naranjo region.  Being Yelloe-honey processed, you get a really clean cup with tasting notes of Red Apple, Raspberry and Caramel.

All our members will be receiving this omni-roast coffee to enjoy.

Crankhouse Coffee (Exeter) - Mexico Washed [SCA - 86.5]

It's been quite some time since we've had the pleasure of working with Dave Stanton down at Crankhouse Coffee in Exeter.

This month, Dave is releasing a number of coffees from a new origin for him and still quite a rare origin for us here in the UK - Mexico.

The coffee we have selected from Crankhouse is the Washed Santo Domingo Teojomulco with juicy notes of Green Grape, Macadamia and Milk Chocolate.

All of our 3 and 4 bag subscribers will be receiving this omni-roast coffee

Crosby Coffee (Merseyside) - Tanzania Natural [SCA - 84.5]

Crosby Coffee from over in Merseyside have got us quite a special coffee this month.  In a month of classic coffees, they are providing the unusual and the fun factor in the shape of a first for us here at Dog and Hat - a Natural-processed coffee from Tanzania.

This coffee has possibly the strongest Cherry notes that we've tasted in a coffee and is certainly one not to miss... plus, they are down to the last bit of their stash and they've kept that aside for us... if you were down at the London Coffee Festival on the Saturday morning, you may even have had the chance to try this one.

All our 4 bag subscribers will be receiving this amazing omni-roast coffee to enjoy - make sure you don't miss out.

Dialled In Traditional

Our traditional subscribers will be receiving a Brazil Natural-processed coffee from Horsham Coffee with notes of.

Alongside that we have Plot Roasting's Connect espresso, which is a single-origin Washed Peru coffee with notes of.
