About

We are Django Coffee Co. and have taken inspiration from Melbourne’s flourishing and robust coffee scene to make it our mission to provide quality speciality coffee with a low environmental impact.

We source our own green coffee beans from coffee growers around the world and then roast the beans in small batches to be able to create unique flavours. Django is 100% committed to providing information on the origins on the coffee, the farmers and its journey from the bean to your cup.

We aim to be a company that respects the farmers, the environment as well as our customers.

Our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure the quality and enhance the natural flavours of the coffee beans. We roast our coffee by hand, turning the coffee bean into a tasty beverage, giving the beans the attention to detail required to produce the unique flavour that speciality coffee requires. We roast to order to be able to provide the freshest possible roasted coffee.

Dog and Hat

Another real standout amongst the UK-based Roasters - often found in the press for the quality of their coffee.  They have a strong focus on ethical sourcing and produce excellent coffees with fantastic flavour profiles. Each coffee comes with wonderfully in-depth tasting notes detailing everything you ever wanted to know about the coffee (and sometimes things you didn't realise that you wanted to know... but you definitely did).
