Honduras is the largest producer of coffee in Central American and growing is centred around six major regions - which range in altitude from 1000m - 1600m.  The major varieties grown are Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, and Typica.

Honduran coffee tends to be complex and fruity with a good acidity

Traceability

It should be possible to trace Honduran coffee down to an estate or co-op level.
