About

Ineffable Coffee Roasters is a project with which we seek to contribute our grain of sand and help improve the appreciation of coffee in Andalusia and Spain more widely. For more than ten years we have lived abroad in different countries and cities such as Cape Town, Istanbul or the United Kingdom, where the speciality coffee culture is widespread.

We have a long career, with experience working as baristas, roasters and trainers in established businesses.

Now we return home with the desire to continue contributing and growing. We are Omar, Jose and Alejandro, we have each had a different experience of coffee and now we join forces to offer the best as a team.

We focus mainly on roasting and wholesaling, consulting for speciality coffee shops and training. We want to forge lasting relationships and partnerships with the people we work with through fair treatment, service and transparency. We are looking for people who want to do things well, serve the best possible coffee and offer a unique experience.

With the delay to Brexit, we decided that it was time to exploit the opportunity it gave us to bring in some more European roasters.

Those of you that know us know that we like to look a little further afield than the usual suspects... and this time we were focusing on Spain where most people would typically think of Barcelona or Madrid, we were looking a bit further south - Andalusia to be precise.

At the same time we started watch the 'Good Omens' on Amazon and the fact that a roaster named Ineffable came up seemed like a sign - so we got in touch with Jose and he put some samples on a plane for us.

We were really impressed with the quality of the roast and the packaging as well as their story of returning to their home town to start something special  and we hope you enjoy their coffee as much as we do.
