Kaffirost was founded in 2024 and is run by Aaron Torres Guerrero and Scarlet Perez Cedano. Rather than operating as a traditional sit-down café, Kaffirost focuses on small-batch, flavour-driven coffee roasting and coffee education, creating a space that highlights coffee as a craft and sensory experience. They roast their beans in-house, carefully developing each batch to showcase the unique characteristics of different origins. Kaffirost is also known for hosting coffee cupping sessions, tasting events, and hands-on roasting workshops, welcoming both beginners and experienced coffee enthusiasts to learn more about flavour, aroma, and roasting techniques.
