Lippe Kaffe have been in the coffee business for over 20 years. They started as a coffee equipment company but then, 10 years ago, Alexander and Pia von der Lippe finally realised their dream and opened their roastary in Oslo, Norway,
They take great pride in sourcing their green beans, and regularly go on origin visits.
In the extremely competitive roaster market of Norway, Lippe have ranked 3rd in the past two Norwegian Roaster Championships... which is no mean feat.
Dog and Hat
Scandinavia is inexorably linked with speciality coffee these days, and it’s about time we included a roaster from Norway. There are so many great ones to choose from, but after we got in touch with Philip at Lippe Kaffe we knew they were the ones. We love their passion, approach, packaging, answer to the Dog and Hat combination question, but most of all we love their coffee.
