My passion for exploring coffee has sent me around the world for different experiences. Owning a cafe in Melbourne, SCAE training in Italy, working on coffee farms in Costa Rica, to competing & roasting in New Zealand. Now based in Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom.
For me the quality starts on the land with the farmers & is finished in your cup. The small attention to details along the way make all the difference, and elevate beans from being good to great. This is what truly creates a speciality bean, it’s then my job to roast the beans to showcase their flavour profiles.
The catalyst for me bringing my own coffee into the world, was the birth of my little girl, Penelope. She is my life inspiration
We offer a selection of Single Origin coffee for both Filter and Espresso. Working alongside coffee importers who support the coffee communities is important to us! We focus on fairtrade, fair wages for the farmers & pickers, health care support, education & sustainable environmentally friendly production.
Our bags are fully recyclable & our stickers are all printed in the UK using biodegradable recycled paper with a toner-based printer = food safe, vegan & more environmentally friendly thank inks.
