Finn became infatuated with speciality coffee during trips to New Zealand and the West Coast of America in 2014.

A chemist by training, he saw potential in manipulating the chemical reactions which occur during coffee roasting, in order to modulate the flavour profiles of coffees.

Over the last 10 years, Finn has worked at some of the most well-renowned coffee roasteries in the UK, and roasted award-winning coffee.
