About
Hailing from Newtownards in Northern Ireland, Sam Wolsey started planning to open his new roastery in at the end of 2019.
To his great credit, despite the worldwide pandemic and multiple lockdowns, in April 2020 the first bags rolled out of the roastery.
Wildheart has gone from strength to strength ever since and Sam always has an eye out for an interesting, intriguing, rare and exciting coffee to put on the menu.
