A beautifully clean and vibrant coffee, bursting with juicy guava and ripe blackberry. Delicate lavender aromatics add a soft floral finish, creating a bright, fragrant and wonderfully refreshing cup.

Starmaya AA from Zambia is a first-generation hybrid coffee that can be grown from seeds, simplifying propagation. It thrives at high altitudes, resisting leaf rust while delivering crisp acidity and clarity. Processed using a washed method, the cherries are carefully selected and fermented naturally to enhance flavor.

Grown on Mount Sunzu’s biodiverse farm, this coffee benefits from rich soil, shade, and sustainable practices, including solar power and forest conservation. The project also supports fair wages and local development, reflecting a commitment to quality, ethics, and environmental care.
