Coffee Facts

Grown in the rolling hills of Três Pontas, a premier coffee-producing heartland within Brazil’s famed Sul de Minas region, this exceptional lot brings together two iconic Brazilian varietals: Mundo Novo and Catuaí. Cultivated at an optimal altitude of 900 to 1,100 meters, the beans benefit from distinct seasonal weather that concentrates natural sugars within the cherry.

Processed using the traditional Natural method—where the coffee is dried whole in the sun with its fruit intact—this coffee delivers a classic, deeply comforting cup. It is characterized by a heavy, creamy body, low and smooth acidity, and a rich flavor profile dominated by notes of milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut, cherry and raisin. It is an incredibly well-balanced and approachable coffee.
