Cafe Mokxa started in Lyon, France in 2011 and quickly expanded out to include a presence in Strasbourg as well.
They set a high bar for the selection of green beans and work with their importers, or preferrably directly with the producers, to ensure that they can get the highest quality beans and a fair deal for the farming communities.
They roast on-demand every week and then quality test each batch to ensure all the coffee that leaves the roastery is of the highest quality.
Every year, they visit the coffee farms to strengthen their relationships with producers in order to be at the heart of this exceptional product. They have recently been in Bolivia helped to judge the Cup of Excellence and source some new coffee whilst they were over there
Their range of coffees varies throughout the year to ensure that they stay fresh and seasonal .

This is a Roaster that we are very excited about, partly because Dave's Grandad came from Strasbourg in France - so when we came across Cafe Mokxa it was just meant to be. They are an awesome Roastery, they travel the world searching out the best coffees and have Direct Trade arrangements wherever possible. We cannot wait to bring you some of their great coffees produced with a real Gallic flair.
