When the going gets tough, the tough apparently reach for a brew!

At a Pentagon briefing on 8 April, General Dan Caine revealed the supplies consumed by US forces since operations began on 28 February. Among the statistics — six million meals, two million energy drinks — one number stood out for us: 950,000 gallons of coffee.
That's roughly 3.6 million litres. Enough to fill an Olympic swimming pool almost nine times over.

Coffee makes the world go round

It's a reminder that however advanced military operations become, coffee remains as essential as ever — a moment of warmth, routine, and focus in the most demanding of circumstances. Soldiers have known what speciality roasters have always known: a good cup of coffee isn't a luxury. It's fuel for clear thinking, team morale, and getting the job done. At Dog and Hat Coffee Club, we like to think every cup we serve carries a little of that same spirit — minus the combat boots.
